Jennifer L. Stallings

Jennifer L. Stallings practices in the areas of family law (including divorce, child support, visitation, paternity and orders of protection), criminal defense (including traffic, DUI, drug court, domestic violence and felony charges), juvenile matters, collections, landlord/tenant law, and representation before the Illinois Secretary of State for driver’s license reinstatement hearings. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Kane County Bar Association.

Ms. Stallings has been a volunteer attorney for the Hope Legal Clinic at Hesed House in Aurora, Illinois, providing advice to the residents and individuals needing assistance in all areas of the law.

Licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois since 2004, Ms. Stallings is also licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Ms. Stallings received her B.A. in Political Science from Northern Illinois University in 1994 and her J.D. from Northern Illinois University College of Law in 2004. She was an Assistant State’s Attorney in Kane County, Illinois from 2004 – 2009.
